 2014-01-15Neli's Ice Cream (Upper Thomson)
Was craving for ice cream and went to Upper Thomson to look for one. Udders is crowded as usual and happened to see Neli's Ice Cream. It is a travel themed ice cream cafe and it is quite cute, as Singapore doesnt have much themed... Was visiting a customer then i realised this shop was just along the way. Bought a scoop of chocolate ice cream. It was quality ice cream but was disappointed with their service. The chocolate ice cream wasnt my first choice as i am n... It was the after lunch hour and also an half day for the office people before the public holiday. I was craving for beef noodles but many hawkers were seen packing up while some are already closed for business. Then i chanced upon this ... Personal Message Board [
