Many of you might already be familiar with the local eatery chain Collin’s by Chef Collin Ho, which offers both high quality and affordable Western and Japanese cuisines. Especially popular amongst the supper crowd, Collin’s has since rapidly expanded to 17 outlets island-wide! And together with our OpenRice members, we were invited down for a food tasting session at Collin’s newest and biggest outlet at Shaw Plaza.

It all started in 2010 when Luke Yi, the founder of Chicken Up, decided to introduce the distinctive Korean Fried Chicken to the Singaporean market. Now, the casual Korean restaurant has a whopping 7 outlets scattered around the island – Tanjong Pagar, Tampines, Jurong East, Buangkok, Bugis, Dover and their newest location, Parkway Parade, where OpenRice was invited to host a tasting session at with our members.
