Located at a quiet part of Singapore, Sapporo Ramen Miharu is at one corner of Gallery Hotel, with a spartan and traditional decor that brings to memory the ramen shops in Japan, except slightly modernised and cleaner.I ordered the tonkotsu shio ramen and had to add the extra egg to it which was not too bad actually. I ordered the tonkotsu shio ramen and had to add the extra egg to it which was not too bad actually. The noodles were nice and springy and the soup stock was subtle but there was a salty undertone to it. I also bought some char siew pork slices to share with my friend but sadly I felt that they were just mediocre.
The price is decent enough but overall I think the flavours arent strong enough.
