Frankly speaking, I find the taste of this durian mooncake no different from the charcoal skin durian mooncake or the regular snowskin one. I got a snow skin top grade x. o. durian mooncake. If you were to blindfold me, I would not have thought that this was any different from their normal D24 durian mooncake. Nevertheless, this is best tasted 1.5 hours after taking out from the freezer. The texture is similar to those of durians, the smell is very distinct and most importantly, the snow skin is intact ( does not fall apart that easily after slicing).
