This is probably my firfth visit to thai express but its my first to the one at tampines! I really do like how flexible the staff is with orders and they are very open with catering to vegetarians. I really do like how flexible the staff is with orders and they are very open with catering to vegetarians. I had the pineapple fried rice and made a request to have it vegetarian. The staff were very attentive and immediately agreed to the request. The food took about 10mins to arrive but it was worth the wait. There were sufficient vegetables in the dish. The pineapple tasted very succulent and the rice was fragrant. The vegetables in the rice were also well cooked and did not taste raw like they do at some places especially during peak hours.

We also had a tofu side dish with mushrooms. The only complain I do have was that it took nearly 20mins to get to us and we were almost done with our food. The serving of mushrooms was generous though. Also, the avacado juice which is really popular among many was sold out to my dismay! ): that is definitely a must try! ;D

We also had this beverage (which my boyfriend recommended and I was very skeptical about) which had coconut ice cream on top. Kinda like a float I guess. Surprisingly, that was good! lol
