My fren loves this place, so as we were meeting for dinner, without having to ask i alrdy knew where she was planning to bring me.It was 6pm, mayb it was early, so there wasnt a queue when we got to the cafe. Ordered the chicken baked rice (I simply love baked rice), while my fren ordered baked spaghetti (it was actually supposed to be rice but the staff said it was alrite when my fren wanted to change it) . Service was pretty slow although there wasnt alot of ppl, and we waited quite a while before the food arrived. My fren's order was served wrongly for the 1st time (came as baked rice), but the waiter was very apologetic and immediately asked the kitchen to replace it.
The rice was just nice, not too dry and not too wet. A whole chicken leg was baked tgt with the rice, and lots of cheese on top. The colour was a nice golden colour and it looked really appetizing. A small flag with the words 'chicken' in chinese was also stuck on top of the baked rice; a really nice touch to it as it made the whole dish really stand out and also can prevent wrong orders.
Chicken was tender, though I removed the skin as i didnt liked it. When eating, a waitress came over and introduced us their membership card. As it was my fren's bdae month, the card will be cheaper. Although the waitress was abit persistent in asking us to sign up for the card (my fren eventually did sign up), she was polite and also explained to us patiently when we asked alot of questions regarding the card.
Overall, the staff's service was good and the food is nice too. Will patronise this outlet again as the staff here tend to be more polite and service is good too.
