This afternoon, I re-visit Kim Gary Restaurant. I want to try their Italian noodles-spaghetti fried with pork fillet in Hong Kong style.
I order the take away food and back home. After eating it, I find that the cooking style is entirely different as the local dish and it is super delicious and not oily at all. The noodles with the tender pork fillet taste very chewy. This is the first time I taste the spaghetti to cook in Chinese style. The only thing that disappoints me is it looks to plain to me. If can add in some spring onion or chives and more mixed vegetable beans will be more favorable. It becomes more colorful.
The price is $8.80 per plate.
