Din Tai Fung is a well-known brand in Taiwan and it's famous for its Xiao Long Baos (XLBs)!Yummy XLBs with nice not-too-thick skin and juicy pork meat! The soup oozes out once the skin breaks and the soup is just so nice!One of my favourite dishes from Din Tai Fung is the Drunken Chicken! Really superb! It's cold and the chicken meat is tender!  Pork ribs and pork ribs fried rice~ They're a bit oily, especially the fried rice, but otherwise, they're good! The fried rice has the wok smell and it's not burnt and hard, really good~~

The environment of this particular branch is very "heartland" though the decor looks like it's trying to be posh. There are nice seats and big tables, very comfortable. ^_^
