My mother got a packet of rice for me for lunch as she did not cook. She bought bittergourd, fried beancurd and chicken for me. The fried beancurd is very tasty as it is tossed with some kind of spicy sauce which made it very appetitising. The chicken meat is also quite alright, though the person who packed the dishes for us happened to take quite a lot of chicken skin, with the result that there is very little chicken meat. I did not like the bittergourd as I felt it is far too soft from being overcooked. I ended up leaving a lot of the bittergourd behind, but otherwise, this is still ok.Post
