一到步,即刻由酒店出發,一去到排隊,職員已經比QR code睇menu及落單,排隊大約20分鐘,就可安排入座。點了排骨肉骨茶 Pork Ribs Soup (S$8.80),肉質比較腍,個人較喜歡。記得可以添湯的。再點咗一些基本小食:卤豆卜、卤蛋、油条、焖凤爪,呢啲都係正常味道,不作多談。最有驚喜就係個焖腐竹 Braised Beancurd Skin (S$4),好淋、好滑又入味,值得推介!
