9 out of 50 Asia’s Best Restaurant 2017 are from Singapore

As one of the most awaited awards for all restaurants, we managed to gain 9 places among the top 50 in the list. One of the restaurants was listed among the Top 3, it was such an honor to gain that made us proud again. Expect nothing but gourmet standard food now.

Rank No.2: Restaurant André


Specializes in French culinary art, each dish is helmed by ingenious Chef André. André’s culinary principle of Unique, Texture, Memory, Pure, Terroir, Salt, South and Artisan; this restaurant has been awarded 2 Michelin Stars in the year 2016.

Rank No.9: Odette


Using classic French techniques, Chef Julien uses the best seasonal ingredients from around the world in their purest form and flavor; upon beginning their gastronomic journey here in Singapore, they were awarded 2 Michelin Stars and number 9 in the list of Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2017.

Rank No.10: Burnt Ends


Uses the cooking technique from grill to wood-fired dishes, barbecued food here indeed exquisite affair. Food polished to another new level of enjoyment, new menu were written fresh daily to ensure diners get the best satisfying dining experience here. Dining was well worth it here for sure.

Rank No.16: Les Amis


Ranked No.16, Les Amis specializes in European cuisine and they own one of the largest wine cellars in Southeast Asia. Head Chef Sebastien Lepinoy’s best dish of Angel Hair Pasta, made with caviar and black truffles will sure to delight your taste buds.

Rank No.20: Waku Ghin


An exclusive Japanese dining restaurant here at Marina Sands Bay specializes in fresh seafood and hot plate style; the interior was divided into the main restaurant, private dining rooms and a private bar top where patrons get to see live cooking actions there. Although they were ranked number 6 last year, it was a huge falloff this year but manage to get themselves into top 20, indeed worth the try here.

Rank No.23: Corner House


A casual fine dining at a colonial house that serves Gastro-Botanica cuisine that made them one of a most special exquisite French cuisine with global flavors that focuses on botanical. Corner House’s Chef Jason Tan has won numerous awards and was once leading at Sky on 57 for 5 years. Recommended signature dishes would be the Spanish dishes that made into one of Chef Jason’s signature must try.

Rank No.27: Tippling Club


Creatively executed fusion dishes by Chef Ryan Clift, he is great in mixing fusion dishes and pairing the best cocktails along for a gastronomic meal. Wild Scottish Bamboo Mussels were one of the signature dishes created by Chef Ryan, using milk and coriander will surely able to capture your appetite for more.

Rank No.42: JAAN


JAAN’s Head Chef – Chef Kirk Westaway specializes in traditional and contemporary French cuisine and Mediterranean flavors making it a totally wonderful experience and taste for the new Southern French cuisine. Award-winning chef, he is imaginative and creative when it comes to showing his best skills in the kitchen.

Rank No.44: Shinji by Kanesaka


Many said that this is one of the best Sashimi worthy restaurants here in Singapore; Chef Koichiro Oshino is best at making the freshest Sushi using the freshest ingredients that will surely score gracefully to win your taste buds. Enjoy the best sake here where many Japanese food lovers would like to dine at.
