Located along Martin Road, BoCHINche is well known for its Argentine cuisine. As of this year, BoCHINche has revamped its Weekend Brunch Menu and Small Plates Menu to include several new dishes. Here are some of the new platters you should look out for.
If you are looking for a gratifying meal, be sure to try the Smoked Salmon & Scrambled Eggs, Grilled Peppers Salad & Our Sea Black Pudding ($26). The Sea Black Pudding is an intriguing fusion of seasonal fish, squid, coriander, lemon juice, aji molido and squid ink and is definitely a tantalizing dish to look out for!
For dessert, diners can opt for Dulce de Leche Pancake, Caramelised Banana, Basil & Baked Ricotta ($19, pictured above), an innovative platter of BoCHINche’s signature dulce de leche drizzled onto fluffy pancakes and topped with caramelised banana, basil and baked ricotta.
Alternatively, diners can balance out their meat intake with the new vegetarian meals like the Roasted Beetroot, Goat’s cheese, Tarragon & Oat Crumble ($16).
For the office worker looking to unwind after a long day at work, don’t forget about the exciting drink promotions! The Sundown Happy Hour promotion that is available daily from 5.30pm to 7.30pm enables diners to enjoy a selection of cocktails distinguished for their uniquely Argentine flavours at only $10++.
Other promotions include Tuesdays Best Burger and Fat Chips, Provoleta Wednesdays and Weekend Brunch Boozster.
