Indulge in a couple of starters to begin your festive epicurean journey: there’s Sea-fruit Platter – a colourful dish with perfect seafood and fruit pairings which include Poached Boston Lobster with Grapefruit and Citrus Oil, Warm Octopus Leg with Pomelo Jelly, and Oyster on Watermelon and Passionfruit Coulis – as well as the fragrant lobster bisque-infused Brittany-style Scallop with Chorizo Sausage.
Next, whet the palate with Jerusalem Artichoke Soup and Duck Foie Gras with a touch of Garlic Oil. The side addition of sweet green and red grapes helps cut through the richness of the foie gras.
