This also determines the type of wine makers will make. For red wine, they are stored inside an oak barrel for weeks or even months to allow it to mature. As for champagnes, Carbon Dioxide is kept in the liquid. This produces the bubbles, which have made this drink very popular until the present time. It looks like wines are here to stay. Until today, many variants are still being concocted by wine makers. And, it’s not grapes which can be used to produce this drink. Other fruits are also being fermented to give drinkers more options.
