If you loved the special month-long buffet at Jade Restaurant last December, it’s time to bring those stretchy pants out from the cupboard you call “Narnia”, because it’s back – and it’s never leaving. Come 1st April, you’ll be able to enjoy the A La Carte Buffet Dinner within the historical walls of Fullerton Hotel. New additions to the menu include Deep-fried Prawns Coated with Passion Fruit Mayonnaise, Crispy Squid in Seven Spices Fragrant Salt, Lychee Sweet and Sour Pork and Chilled “Yuan Yang” Cake. While you’re there, the Steamed Abalone Siew Mai and a deluxe order of Simmered Egg Noodles with Boston Lobster are must-tries –all for a fixed price. Enjoy the restaurant’s signature crisp-skinned Roasted Peking Duck with Marinated Orange Peel at S$28* for half a duck or S$48* for the full deal. This is no April Fools’ joke.
