Building on the success and popularity of Waku Ghin’s desserts, renowned chef Tetsuya Wakuda has launched Patisserie Platine, where an exclusive selection of hand-crafted pastries will be available for dine-in or takeaway.
Customers can choose from 18 types of pastries and petit cakes ($10 – $12++) and a selection of macarons ($25++ for box of 12). Fans of Waku Ghin’s pastries will also be delighted to know that the popular Ghin Cheese Cake will be available.
Made entirely in-house with premium ingredients and fresh seasonal fruits from Japan and Europe, some of the classic flavours include Black Forest and Tiramisu. For green tea lovers, try the Matcha Opera.
Fruity desserts such as Strawberry Cheese Cake, Lemon Tarte, and Coconut Mousse with Mango and Passion Fruit are also available.
