Salt Introduces a Modern Australian Brunch Menu

Love the view of the city from Ion Sky? Salt grill & Sky bar, located on the 55th & 56th floor of Ion Orchard, is offering a weekend brunch menu for you to enjoy with a magnificent view from the highest point in Orchard Road. Tuck into four different hearty and high-quality brunch offerings at only $40++ a platter.

Make-Your-Own Brunch With four main dishes on the menu, you can also pick any two sides together with their main and have them together with fresh juice, coffee or tea. These include – The Full Aussie Breakfast, Eggs Benedict, French Toast and Buttermilk Pancakes. The former is a generous serving of all things we love about breakfast – eggs any way, grilled toast, bacon, spinach and mixed mushrooms. Get them with a side of Grilled Wagyu Sausage and Rocket Pear Salad with Blue Cheese and Caramelised Walnuts, and you are set.
