This is the only place I know of selling Handmade Oyster Mee Sua and it never fail to disappoint me.The vinegar added was just right, the texture of the soup was not too watery neither too thick. The Mee Sua was cut in perfect size so that you only need to use your spoon to scoop it and there's no need to use the chopstick.I love the chicken proportion, not chunky not dice but small slices of the chicken meat. chicken floss egg crepe from shihlin. You have 3 choices which included mushroom and cheese, and sausage. The chicken floss is quite a generous portion. The brown sauce on top of the egg crepe is seafood sauce. U can choose to add more chinese chives if you like or you can choose not to add it too up to your preference.…查看更多

this is ''Handmade Oyster Mee Sua'' from Shihlin taiwan snack stall. I like the gravy because it is not too thick or too thin. and I can taste a little bit of the Rice wine in the gravy. i think there are around 5 oysters in a bowl so it is pretty worth well. and the parsley added some flavor for the Mee sua too. the Mee Sua (vermicelli) is very smooth and soft in texture so it is quite suitable for those who got their tooth plucked out. …查看更多

The service here is very good. They are well mannered and patient, willing to listen to customers' requests. There was this lady who ordered 3 Oyster Mee Sua, one without anything except mee sua, the other without oyster and vingear, the third with extra chilli and less vinegar. Surprisingly, no faces shown by the staff.Sad to say, the Crispy Floss Egg Crepe tasted mediocre to me. Crepe was not as good as I expected it to be and the pork floss was rather "lao hong" already.
