Ootoya Japanese Restaurant (已結業)

I was waiting for my appointment at Clementi Central. So has decided to shop around at this new shopping mall, and was attracted to this high tea set at Ootoya! Have decided to spend my time there while enjoying a set. Have ordered the maccha ice-cream with red bean (Cant remember the name this dessert which is green tea ice-cream with redbean and banana slices, with a cup of coffee and 2 slices of cake). the fried chicken was nice & juicy but yet not too oily... the salad was nice too... & for those who tend to eat alot of rice... this is definitely the place for u coz there is free refill of rice as well as different variety of rice

i was listening to radio & they recommend this from clementi mall so decided to give it a try ,ootoya style is abit similar to Ginza Bairin this chicken set cost $15,havent include gst..the chicken is not bad,crispy & tender but a bit tastelessi find that they still need to improve their food overall i rate 5/10

I fell in love with Ootoya after I tried out Suntec Ootoya recently. Really love the food, refillable rice and the ambience at Ootoya.Therefore I was happy that there is an outlet at Clementi Mall as its nearer to my place.
