Coming to Paradise dynasty is indeed a mult-sensory experience. Great food and pretty delicate. The multi sensory experience starts off with the beautiful and colourful Xiao Long Bao. Not all of them are equally good but well, tasting the unqiue flavours such as cheese xiao long bao and foie gras xiao long bao is an unique experience in itself.The next dish of scramble egg white with egg yolk was also a pretty dish pretty to look at, pretty pleasing to the taste buds. Lunch at Paradise Dynasty was fairly less crowded than dinner time and it's absolutely one of my favourite chinese restaurant to eat at when I'm in town, not to mention its affordable range of chinese cuisine! The best seller Colourful Xiao Long Bao that i long wanted to try as i alway went and was told that no more liao at a certain timing. =( But at last this time i get to eat it. It came in 8 different flavours, It will give your taste buds a thrill of what each different colour would offered. Dessert time! I've always wanted to try their dessert after looking at tables after tables having this steamy plate of mango sago. The presentation is superb and indeed attracted many like my attention to order! It is filled with dry ice at the bottom, that explains the steam. The mango puree on top is cold and delicious with a scoop of vanilla ice cream in it. The portion is just nice for one person. Thumbs up!

The queue outside this restaurant is always crazily long! This place serves many popular authentic dishes from China e.g. glutinous rice dumpling in fermented wine. This is spring roll from Paradise Dynasty.They fried it to the perfect colour. But slightly oily texture. The taste is just normal, no different from other spring roll that i can easily get from other places and don't have any speciality. For me, i will definitely not to order this dimsum at such an expensive restaurant.

Another day, another visit, another flavour. This time round, opted for the explorative route to try on all the different flavours. Very interesting flavours to mouth down on a xiao long bao. I still love the black truffle ones but my new found love is the brown Foie Gras. The disappointing ones were the szechuan pink in colour and the crab roe, orange.

went there to try with my lab mates cause we are in the mood for some dim sum. the first thing that stunned me was the amount of people queuing to get seats which i though was quite ridiculous especially most of us made reservation already. the ambience was not bad, got quite classy feel but i have to say the food are really expensive. we tried some dim sum which were just ok. the egg tart and fried prawn dumpling with almond were really nice. the roast pork was good too
