As far as non-hotel Japanese buffets go, I had not harbored much hope for Momiji. However, the good spread and quality of food, as well as friendly service of the crew, surprised me.I liked especially the sushi station - also filled with miniature portions of creative items such as crayfish tofu and caviar udon etc. The flavors were good, and the seafood items were fresh.I started with Oysters, Salmon Sushi Roll, Hana Maki , Salmon Sashimi and Crayfish Cold Tofu.
