The Food
I ordered a Cold Dish, Crab Meat and Fish Maw Soup, Roasted Chicken Skin with Sotong Prawn Paste and Prawn Roll. The first dish to be served is the Cold Dish which includes Mayonnaise Prawn Salad, Fried Eggs with Shark Fins, Fried Sesame Chicken, Jellyfish and Pork Ribs. I find that the taste is pretty normal but the Fried Eggs with Shark Fins is very fragrant and tasty and the Fried Sesame Chicken is crispy and very fragrant with lots of sesame.
The Crab and Fish Maw Soup has lots of eggs and has a rich and thick texture, filled with the goodness and essence of the fresh crabmeat and eggs hence making it absolutely yummy!
The Roast Chicken Skin with Sotong Prawn Paste is marinated very well and the chicken skin is crispy and the sotong prawn paste has a thin texture. For the Prawn Roll, I find that it has a fishy taste and not so crispy. The total bill was $210 and that works out to be about $30 per pax.

The Price
Reasonably priced at $180 for the final bill

Overall
I will recommend this place for family gathering and celebrations and highly recommended to try!

Our family decided to celebrate Father's Day in Singapore with my dad suggestion for this restaurant located at Tanjong Pagar Rd. The restaurant is full house throughout the dinner time. Thus, reservation need to be made earlier in order to cut the waiting time. However, we didnt made reservation so waited for 1hr 30 minutes outside. But it is worth it as they serve nice chinese cuisine which suit our taste bud and most important my dad's taste bud.Total dinner S$219.30.Photos are taken using iph

The staffs are middle age people who served the customers. They speak in cantonese language with customers too. The waiting time for the food to serve within 20 minutes. No much comment on their services as they try to make sure all the foods are served in correct order and ensure the turnover flow is smooth for the next customers to dine in.

Anyway, the restaurant served authentic cantonese cuisine and it is located at Tanjong Pagar Road. The nearest mrt would be Tanjong Pagar station and it is a walking distance approximately 10-15 minutes from exit A.

Fried Chicken Skin Sotong - Crispy and not oily. Sotong is easy to chew on
White Pomfret - A little too much soya sauce but meat is tenderly nice and soft
Ee Fu Mee - One of the better one's I've had so far. Not too soft and tasty, served along with crabmeat
Drunken Prawn - Good soup base, fresh prawns. Enough said
Yam Paste - Canto style is very different from Teochew's. This one tends to be less concentrated with paste but more milky, so if you're a coconut fan, it's a nice improvisation.
