It's X'mas time again and time for this bakery to roll out their goodies! I love all their cakes and pastries! All very unique and nicely baked to perfection! Wish they have more macarons and better macarons but the Hilton macarons currently are the best in Singapore (other than Darcis'). We customed ordered a large english fruit cake to our specifications, and the chef personally took our design and recipe onboard, and produced the cake exactly as we dreamed it would be!The entire cake turned out marvellous. It tasted sensational and was really addictive. The royal icing and marzipan were heavenly.
