Everytime I walk pass Baker Talent, I never fail to see a long queue forming. Decided to check out what's the hype about this bread stall that has a queue even at a secluded corner. This is the Cranberry Cheese Bread ($0.80), it was a love at first bite!! As I sink my teeth into this fluffy and chubby bread, i could taste the cheese and cranberries rushing in! The bread was so soft, it's like the bread soft toy but it taste really really good! This explains the long queue that always form infront of the stall as the breads are not only cheap, it's really really awesome too! Furthermore, the bread is always hot out of the oven and you can taste the freshness of it!

This is the Lemon Cheese Bun ($0.90). The cheese here is more runny than the cheese in the Cranberry Cheese Bun. The sourness of the lemon flavoured cheese is just nice and the bread is soft and fluffy. This is perfect for a light snack or if you just need a pick-me-up. Sometimes there is a queue at this outlet but the line moves very quickly. This place also sells bubble tea which I have yet to try.

Chanced upon this bakery at Choa Chu Kang & bought a few buns. Sis & BIL says the queue is always very long. The buns are just less than $1 eachGolden Sands Bun (黄金流沙包) looks just like an ordinary but, the salted egg flows out of the bun when you tear the bun apart. There are some salted egg yoke on top of the bun also. It's still flowing even after 1 day. This is by far, the nicest bun I've eaten!

Got the custard bun ($0.90) from Baker Talent. As usual, the bun is very soft and fluffy. The consistency of the custard filling is a little more runny than I expected but still good to eat. Baker Talent is never stingy with the filling in the bread so you can always expect a great bun that is always stuffed solid with tuna/ cream cheese/ custard, etc filling. Everything is cheap too! I love it and I highly recommend this bakery.

The cranberry cheese bun here at Bakery Talent is really good. After tasting one that my mother bought back for tea, I had to make my way there for more. The bun is awfully reasonably priced, less than a dollar. I took a front view of the bun, it is coated with cranberry bits, the cream cheese is inside the bun. Guess how much i paid for this tuna bun? I only paid 90 cents! it was so cheap, the bun is the normal size, not because of the price, they cut down the size of the bun and no the filling is not miserable. in fact the amount of filling is much more than other bakeries i have eaten from. the tuna was not too mayo-ish. it was pretty light. the tuna smell did not linger for too long too. the bun was light and fluffy. it was just a joy to eat.

Ever since I ate their bolo bun, I been pretty excited to try their other flavor buns. This time round I got myself their cranberry cheese bun. I must be lucky to go at the correct time cos the bun was actually warm, fresh from the oven. They added the right amount of cheese into the bun, not too much or else it is very easy to get sick of the cheesy taste. The cranberry gives the bun a sweeter taste. It kinds of work hand in hand with the cheese making the bun taste really good.
