Bengawan Solo (已結業)

Everyone knows that the pandan chiffon cakes from Bengawan solo is one of their best sellers and is also one of the items which is well like by foreigns and most of the celebrities as well. But this is my first time trying their butter chiffon cake. Without the pandan flavour in it, the chiffon cake is still equally delicious, except that more butter flavour can be found in it. The sponge cake is moist and soft in texture and great to have it at any hours of the day.

Moist and soft! The best pandan chiffon cake thus far! I love it alot! It’s a must try! price is definitely worth it for the quality. It’s so good i don’t mind having it as my birthday cake! Service is generally not bad. Thumbs up and i’ll be back! Highly recommended!

Having many friends is a good thing also.Because we can eat many birthday cake..haha..It's like a tradition to buy cake from bengawan solo to celebrate birthday,maybe there is many outlets.This is the first time i tr this flavour.The soft sponge cake is really soft.And the green tea taste is also quite nice.I like the decoration of this cake.It is quite special,because it is in green color.Normally the cake will be in white or choco color.

yum yum! Bought my dad's favourite pandan cale at bengawan solo. Our family always buy cakes from bengawan dur to its freshness and tradition taste. The pandan cake is not too sweet which ny father fancy upon it and the best of is that is has no cream !!! Not to count the little tiny portion of line creams ... The cake is almost 99% make of jelly like pandan and pandan sponge cake. Whats more- the cake worth less than $20

Bengawan Solo's cake is always nice, soft and spongy chocolate cake base which is rich in chocolaty flavor, whipped cream not too sweet which is okay to my liking, nice decoration and the strawberries are fresh and sweet.

pandan kaya cake ($2.90)suddenly feel bad mood and so my friend and i went to bengawan solo to buy cake to make us light up our mood. The cake layer is quite soft and fluffy and the jelly part is cold and jellish and full with pandan fragrance. Overall great but as supper it was too filling already!

I would always get bread and pastries for breakfast from Bengawan Solo as it is located very near my house. The bread and pastries are so beautifully baked and look so delicious. I particularly love their Kuei Lapis where my family would always purchase one for chinese new year. It would be my favourite snack throughout the occasion.

My mom bought a number of variety of kueh for tea time at home.Bengawan Solo is nostalgic as it brings back childhood memories, I've know this brand since I was a kid.I like their pandan cake, soft and fluffy with great flavor. Apart from so, the other kuehs are yummy too.

Fruit cakeThis shop always sells good quality cakes, although the choices were quite limited. I was totally in love with the fresh fruits on top of the cake which is coated with a layer of jelly. The cake base was soft and the cream was not too sweet. Suitable for children and adults.

I had this brown kueh with coconut all over. I think it is called kueh kosui. 6 pieces per pack for $1.80. I love the way it is made. It is very soft, a little sticky and chewy and very aromatic. A sweet little dessert which is smooth and cooling. It taste even better chilled! Also, they have this pandan swiss roll. The special thing is that they had Mozzarella cheese in the creams. Very special and tasty! Worth a try
