Costing only $1.80, this dessert is known for its health benefits, though gingko may actually be a myth for improving memory. the barley is cooling and not too sweet, and there were several gingko nuts spotted in the dessert. it's a warm dish, thuThis is a famous dessert among cantonese, usually taken by pregnant women as it is said as to help the unborn baby to have a fairer skin. I'm not sure if its' true though!the shop is located beside the escalator (facing the cathay).

A bright bowl of desserts placed before my eyes. I had a guess and I thought it was Ice Kachang instead of Chendol. Priced at S$2.00, the top portion comes with the traditional toppings of a chendol that includes, grass jelly, sweet corn, jelly, red beans and green jelly. The "ice-mountain" was not appealing as it somehow give a rough feel, I will prefer finer ice. Coconut milk was not poured over the toppings and instead buried below the mountain of ice.
