I'm game for something spicy over dinner and walked up to Fatty Weng Shi Tan @ Feast. It was the popular stalls seen with long queue out of so many stalls there and most of the patrons had placed their order on the steamboat dishes.The food for steamboat preparation were all laid properly and displayed on the glass shelving. I will usually try to avoid coming here for dinner during weekends since it is always very crowded and you will need to wait for a least 20minutes. However, we got ourselves takeaway sliced fish beehoon quite early at 6pm, so we only waited for 5 minutes. The fish soup is very tasty and the soup is quite clear with just a little oil. The beehoon was still alright when we got home, it did not get too soft and limpy. The fish slices are the stars of the dish with its tender meat and taste.

Fried fish noodles would not be my first choice of food when at a food court but there was no other choice since my parents bought it back. But I was pleasantly surprised that this fried fish noodles was quite delicious.
