Yummy hotpot!

Ordered the set meal for 2 which we shared among 4 people. It was quite a big portion for 2 people, hence would be just nice for 4. Seriously love the soup. Its so yummy! The addition of red dates and the wintermelon made the soup really tasty! But i think they added a hint of MSG. Was quite thirsty after drinking the soup... Overall, I think it was good! The pork slices were really tender and sliced thinly (just like Shabu Shabu!) and the fish slices were really fresh! Though my friend complain

Overall, I think it was good! The pork slices were really tender and sliced thinly (just like Shabu Shabu!) and the fish slices were really fresh! Though my friend complained that the prawns were not fresh. The veggies were good and abundant too! Enjoyed this!

But i think its abit pricey!!! about 40 bucks for a set meal for 2.

Great steamboat in the past but not now.

My boyfriend had went to this steamboat with his NS friend & he introduced it to me.The first time we went there together the food was awesome!My fav was the thinly sliced beef,custard dumpling,charsiew dumpling as well as the osmanthus jelly/rose jelly for dessert.But sadly,the 2nd time we went back,custard dumpling & char siew dumplin werent on the list any more.They had some fried items that were pretty good.The fried banana fritter was great!It was crunchy outside & soft inside.The soup stoc

They had some fried items that were pretty good.

The soup stock was pretty good.
& the soup ingredients are similar to usual steamboat stuff.Nothing fasinating.
It's sad that their key highlight wasnt on the menu anymore.

Just for basic info:this restaurant was owned by Cao Guo Hui & there are newspaper article in the restaurant/outside the board that says so.

I'll go back for their thinly sliced beef & some of their fried items.
Havent been there for awhile so I'm not sure if the custard dumplin is back on the menu.

Otherwise,great dimsum!fresh beef!!

The fish slice wasnt good so try to avoid that.

The desserts was good.
Love the jelly.

Ambience was great & the whole environment was comfortable.
Probably good for gathering.
Customer service was pretty good.
We were well attended to.

Will go back if the lovely dim sum are back.
Otherwise,it wouldnt be much of a difference from usual steamboat apart from their ala carte fried items & fresh beef.

Hey Hey Hot Pot

My Hubby always say Hey Hey Hot Pot is very nice and it is open up one of male TCS Actor. One day, he finally bring me there to try out. I like the place, we order buffet, price are very reasonable, place is clean. We stay there for 2-3 Hrs just to enjoy the Hot pot. I like the chilli sauces mixing with peanut and some other sacue making the tast very unique. Every meat or vegetables i will mix with this special sauce. Wow, making me feel like going there for a good hot pot. Now I start to feel
