Ke Shuan Xing Fried Carrot Cake (已結業)

Ordered a plate of white carrot cake with eggs for $1.50 only and it is good enough to share with 2 persons for a side dish. The cake was rather soft and had a rather strong enough wok taste which added to its taste. It was rather fragrant too and was yummy when it was served hot. There was a good amount of egg scattered too. This is the cheapest carrot cake I can find and it is certainly worth the price.

With the lowest priced serving at $1.50, it is not surprisingly why the queue is there. Despite the cheap price, the food tastes quite good. The carrot cake is not the crispy kind, but more of the soft side. The smell is enticing, you will know once you are there. The dark sauce used complemented the carrot cake well.
