This walnut is shaped quite cutely, in a medium circular shape, with walnuts bits on the top, quite alot walnuts bits though, but mostly squeezed into the centre.Taste wise,it is not too bad, but quite common too, I believe I can taste it in many other cakes sold elsewhere, or should I say I have tasted it in many other cakes before. Kinda like normal butter cake I think? Just with the additional crunch due to the walnut bits. Texture wise, it is more towards soft type, but when left in fridge for few days, it become a bit hard and rough.

As the mooncake festival is coming, several bakery shop have started to sell mooncake products. I walked past this bakery shop and saw them selling this attrative mini piglet mooncake and decided to go for a try. This mini piglet mooncake has an attractive design, which will actually attract the children attention. The mooncake pastry is well made, has a soft and chewy texture and is not too hard. It has a sweet nian rong fillings in it, sweetness is acceptable and goes well with the pastry. With the cost of $1 per piece with fillings and 50 cents for those without fillings.

I stumbled upon Keng Seng when I was craving for something sweet after dinner at a nearby coffee shop. I decided to try out their cheese tarts which was topped off with blueberry flavoring. It definitely looked appetizing. I dont usually come across good blueberry cheese tarts very often. Most of the time, they come off as being either too sweet (cause of the blue berries) or too rich (due to the cheese). However, the combination at Keng Seng was just right! Loved it The sales staff that served me was very polite aswell. Despite not asking, she offered us the newly displayed snacks to try and munch on (in preparation for Chinese new year). That was very nice of her. Will definitely be back again!

Bought Keng Seng swiss roll for breakfast ! there is 4 different flavors of swiss roll. As you could see, this one is the coffee,The green one is the pandan and the pink in colour is strawberry. There is one more flavor which is the vanilla. Among the four, i love to have the coffee flavor As i am a coffee lover ! The taste of the swiss roll was fantastic. Why do i say so? This is because, the swiss roll was flurry and not very creamy. It is very good to have it especially for those who is craving for cakes and is on diet ! However, the price has increase to $2.80. Even if so, it didn't affected me much as i just couldn't resist the POWER of KengSeng SWISS ROLL !!!
