This walnut is shaped quite cutely, in a medium circular shape, with walnuts bits on the top, quite alot walnuts bits though, but mostly squeezed into the centre.Taste wise,it is not too bad, but quite common too, I believe I can taste it in many other cakes sold elsewhere, or should I say I have tasted it in many other cakes before. As the mooncake festival is coming, several bakery shop have started to sell mooncake products. I walked past this bakery shop and saw them selling this attrative mini piglet mooncake and decided to go for a try. Walk past a cake shop and saw a wide variety of the baked products and decided to try one of their product. Their swiss roll is well baked, nice golden brown colour, has a soft and spongy texture and also has a light vanilla taste. The outer layer of the swiss roll has a slight crispy texture and is also sprinkle with a light layer of the icing powder. As for the cream filling, it is not too sweet, has a soft and creamy texture and adequate amount of the cream is spread onto the swiss roll.

I stumbled upon Keng Seng when I was craving for something sweet after dinner at a nearby coffee shop. I decided to try out their cheese tarts which was topped off with blueberry flavoring. Bought Keng Seng swiss roll for breakfast ! there is 4 different flavors of swiss roll. As you could see, this one is the coffee,The green one is the pandan and the pink in colour is strawberry. This Keng Seng store is one of the oldest bakery store in Yishun. I first patronise the store from their mini swiss roll cake that sells at 50 cents per piece to today that sold at 70cents per piece. Apart from the mini swiss rolls, which they have in different flavorus of Strawberry, coffee, panda, vanilla, they also sell tarts like apple tarts, cheese tarts.
