Cereal Platter Meal ($6.90)The platter consists of fries, 1 piece of chicken, 1 piece of fish and 2 pieces of prawns coated with crispy cereal. But in actual fact it is the usual the fried chicken , fish and prawns with crispy cereal on top. A bit disappointed. The chicken is very tender, but the fish tastes a bit stiff. The combo comes with a refreshing beverage - Sjora Mango Peach with a splash of Cucumber flavour.

Long John Silver use to be my favourite since young.Long John Silver is a low rate fast food joint that serves everything breaded and deep-fried in oil...They serve breaded fish, breaded shrimp, breaded chicken and breaded clams.The food is pretty much exactly what I expect from a Long John Silvers...The fish is crisp but not super crisp, the flesh is tender. but somehow is the fish seem to have shrunk.

LJS's special combo for the Chinese new year festival. I bought 2 sets as there is a free spin with a purchase of 2 different sets (one with chicken and the other set with fish), which come with drinks. Got a coke keychain from the free spin. The shrimp bomb is quite hard and not much filling. The fries as usual is hard and crispy. The chicken is rather dry. The fish fares better.

Other than the usual deep fried fish and french fries are my favouite from this fast food outlet, I also enjoy having their cold chocolate pie after my meals here too. The chocolate pie is affordable and delicious. The creamy chocolate is very smooth in texture and the chocolate flavour is very appetitizing as well. The chocolate biscuit crust is also quite crunchy too.

It been donkey years since I last had Long John Silver until when I decided to give it a try.We ordered 2 mains and a side.All I could say is, both our main are serve cold and the fries is not entirely cook. Lucky for the fish and chicken chop that were still edible. Tried their breakfast menu, which consists mainly of bread. So, if you don't like to eat bread, this isn't the place for you. The variety of breakfast items is quite limited. Went to Northpoint outlet just now to grab their $4.50 combo Just now was lunch time and there's quite a small crowd. When it's my turn, i ordered the 2 pieces chicken combo and take away. The salmon fish is marinated with teriyaki sauce (if I am not wrong) before bring to pan fry. The fish meat is soft but there is slight fishy smell in it. Now long john silvers got a new promotion called the silver platter. It is for two people to share. I went to long john silvers with my sister to try their silver platter. It had 4 prawns, 4 calamari, 2 drumlets, 2 pieces of chicken, 2 fish fillet and chip and fries. even though it seems that there are a lot of food on the platter, when my sister and I finished everything, we still did not feel full. But their bubbly mango drink was good, love the tadpoles they added to the drink.

Fish and chips from long john silver. They are having promotion for this item so my friend and me try on it.Look at the colour.. Really couldn't attract me.. All fried food.. Oily, greasy and unhealthy are the only words to descibe.. Totally couldn't fill my stomach.. Don't understand how can they sell this kind of food. If they can add some coleslaw will be so much better and acceptable. This is totally unacceptable..

Big fish sandwich set from long john silver breakfast. Set comes with hash brown and tea or coffee. If change to other drink, you need to top up a bit more. The fish is crispy and tender after fried. Not really oily or dry but taste fresh. I prefer their bread to be toast more so the fragrance of the bread can be out. This meal is quite big portion and give you a very full filling..

I like to go Long John Silver for breakfast on Sunday. If you spend $5 and above, one kid with height below 100cm is entitle a free kids meal. So i will bring my nephew to go with me. Kids' sandwich comes with cheese and egg. 1 small milo will be served together. Very nutritiousness breakfast for the children no wonder my nephew like it so much..
