Had brunch here and tried their norwegian benedict which is poached eggs and smoked salmon!! Love the smoked salmon!! So fresh and the poached eggs are so well cooked!! Love the fresh greens that comes along with it too! Love the atmosphere here and it would definitely be a good place for brunch with great company! would definitely come back for more!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered their red velvet cupcake. The top of the cupcake is coated with a layer of cream and coconut i guess. The cake is soft, spongy and tasty! It goes really well with the sweet upper layer. However, this is not one of the best though. Personally i still prefer marmalade pantry ones. I was attracted to their colorful macarons next. I had the red velvet ones with tiny sugary stars. Looked too good to be eaten! And in fact it tasted real good!

Pique Nique is the perfect embodiment of a pristine cottage styled setting that is visually appealing, which sets you in the mood for some really good food.Business is brisk here so be prepared to wait for a while at the reception. colourful macaroon made me day! The name of this shop is so special and nice, so it tempt me to walk in to the shop to have something to eat. the macaron is nice, but too sweet to my likings. Anyway this is a nice dessert, to go with a pot of nice English tea, in a relaxed and lazy evening.

The eggs were well poached which resulted in bouncy coagulated whites & oozy yolk at each incision. The highlight of the dish is the hollandaise sauce (sprinkled in herbs & chilli pepper) which was all rich & buttery with some cheesiness in them. we didn't like their cookies. there was no real home made taste and tasted rather crumbly and greasy.we tried their cakes but didn't like them either. rather dry and just had a wrong taste.there's something odd about this place. the location isn't that great either, tucked away in some little obscure corner of takashimaya. the service is not great. they ignore you and you have to wait to be served.basically the food is not great. the takeaway cookies are very average and nothing special to brag

the presentation is fantastic and we got a box for gifts. but i wouldn't say the taste is very good. it's just not balanced properly. and over priced. luckily the cakes survived the takeaway seeing as they are over ladden with decorations and stuff. the service is slow and lacklustre. the cupcakes are quite small. nothing to brag about at all. very good to look at though. their cheesecake is alright but not recommended either... not sure what to recommend here as nothing is very good at all.

A very classy place selling western cuisine. Burgers fries and CAKES!! Tried their strawberry cheesecake. A thin layer of spongecake, topped with a thick layer of cream cheem. Nicely presented with fresh strawberry cube and a digestive biscuit. Nice and creative presentation. $8.90 each. Its expensive but worth a try!

I can’t for the life of me remember what the name of the dessert I ate at pique nique last week, but it was fantastic. It’s a cup of mostly thick cheesy cream with a layer of jam in between, strawberries and cubes of biscuit that taste like digestive biscuits and blueberries sprinkled on top. Tried their hot iron waffle with a scoop of ice cream and I have chosen the rocky road which consists of marshmallow, roasted walnut and caramel swirl! I love the ice cream. With the waffle, it is simply heavenly. you can even choose your toppings and i have decided on maple syrup. However, the service of the waitress is not really very enjoyable. The ambience and the theme of the café is really a nice place for people to hang out, have a tea and chit-chat.

This has taken up the space previously rented by McDonalds at Takashimaya. I tried out the food there the other day and my husband and I ordered the classique dog to share. Heard from a couple of friends about this place, so my girlfriend and I decided to give it a try. The burger was rather large in size. I ordered the Shinjuku incident burger. Quite interesting they named it this way. The burger was really good, love the sauce they added into the burger. There was a fried egg in there too. Really delicious. The beef patty is really juicy and tasty. I recommend you to order this when you are there.

i went to pique nique for a nice meal with my sister and mother. flipping through their menu, i was spoilt for choice. they served plenty of western fare, from burgers to hotdogs to macaroni and cheese. i ordered their shrooms burger. it was really delicious. i love their sautee shrooms, it was really juicy despite being cut into thin slices. the beef patty was thick and juicy as well. it burger bun was soft and fluffy. the entire presentation was delightful. i enjoyed it really alot!
