Q'zin Food And Management (已結業)

Its a corporate lunch buffet. Food tasted very fresh and quality.  Worth specific mention were their seafood gumbo rice - very generous serving of seafood and rice was very tasty. Prawn with rosmesco sauce is superb, very fresh and sauce has a unique garlic flavor, very nice. usually for such buffet, vegetable is a soso but i was surprised by the vegetable served - very generous serving with fresh mushroom and crispy ginger.  The caterer is famed for cooking without MSG yet food is so delicious.

I had the following food as my breakfast catered :Sandwiches – There were tomatoes with cucumber.  The smell was unpleasant.  I believe that it was poor quality butter used and early preparation of the sandwiches together with the juice absorbed from the vegetables had created this unpleasant smell.  As the smell was unpleasant, the taste was below expectation.Trellis Yam Roll – This was deep fried yam roll.  The yam roll was hard and not crispy.Vegetarian Fried Bee Hoon – There was generous sli
