Skinny Pizza (已結業)

Skinny pizza is famous for it's thin and crispy crust. However, by my definition, this is not a pizza. If it is, it is an extremely poorly executed pizza. You are supposed to eat pizza by hand, or at least, you should be able to eat by hand. At Skinny Pizza, you have to use fork and knife because the pizza falls apart when you try to pick it up.That said, I do find their pizzas pretty tasty and the combination of ingredients unique. Something different from Pizza Hut. I always like my pizza skinny! The crispy thin crust with the savory topping was simply the best.Their Mozzarella Pizza was a must try! The soft and melting mozzarella counter the slightly sour tomato meat sauce. With the help peppery rocket leaves, they created a beautiful melody in my mouth. LOVE IT.Meatball Napolitana was not as good as what I thought it will be. The meatball was dry and the sauce failed to work together.

OKay, it's a great experience.But the pizza is okay only. Only the dressing on top is worth the price. Using the grape flavor jam made the pizza less dry and more moisture. Been wanting to try Skinny Pizza for the longest time but only had a chance to do so during my fridate with my girl after fetching her from her Chinese tuition.We loved the Smoked Turkey Swiss skinny pizza. It was really skinny you won't feel heavy after eating. The toppings were very fresh and healthy too. The queue can get very long during peak hours but the ambiance is great.
