This food centre certainly have many popular local foods to choose from. However one of my must have dish here will be the curry fish head from Nan Nan. My family love eating curry fish head. We have been going around Singapore trying this dish from different places. We happened to be in this food centre and decided to try the curry fish head from this stall for the first time. We ordered a whole fish head. It came serving in a claypot with brinja and tomato.
