I have been craving for Thai Olive Fried rice for a few days already and finally satisfied my craving during dinner! It is also known as 'Khao Ob Nam Leab' in Thai. Thai Olive Fried rice basically consist of minced chicken and fresh black olive. In Thai Express, there is also a side serving of sliced omelette, cucumbers and sauce. I love the sauce as it brings out the flavour of the fried rice!

This particular branch of ThaiExpress has a "Bistro" attached to its name and we have no idea why because it's not small and café-like, it's got two levels and serves full meals!As the name suggests, "express" is an overstatement for ThaiExpress chains. Their serving time is notoriously long and this branch is no exception. This is probably my firfth visit to thai express but its my first to the one at tampines! I really do like how flexible the staff is with orders and they are very open with catering to vegetarians.
