The restaurants are usually very crowded when there are promotions, we decided to go to the branch at central as it is usually less crowded than those in the town area.Had always loved set menu or platter with a bit of everything. A FISHY DAY at Fish manhattan.Why i called it a fishy day is because we ordered the fish platter which is such a big platter to us Like the way the fish is served in big portion and also the fried which keep our fingers so busy even when we were talking. Squeeze the lemon, dip into the cheese and my mouth just could not stop . haha Fish manhattan is a good place to hang out and have gathering with friends i would say.

The manhattan flaming prawn and grilled fish fillet was served with the very tasty garlic herbs rice, and some mayo sauce on top. The seafood were very fresh, and I love the texture of the rice. Bedding at the bottom of the dish, the rice absorbed the juice from the freshly grilled seafood. Yummy!! The simple meal was ended with the Oh-So-Good Manhattan mud pie. It was a satisfying size of chocolate ice-cream block, topped with rich chocolate sauce.. Thumbs up!!

This Seafood Platter for 2 is suitable for seafood lovers. It consists of prawns, fish, fried calamari rings, fried oysters, fries as well as rice. The rice is fragrant and keeps you wanting for more. The sauce covering the prawns is tasty and delicious too. Bought a groupon voucher for their fish and chips and it was gonna expire soon so made a special trip down to eat it on a sunday afternoon. Ordered their signature fish and chips and it took some time to arrive despite the place not filled. It was very crispy but halfway through the fish, i felt quite sick of it. Personally, I find the food here very overrated. Even though their signature dish - Fish & Chips (or some name similar) is decent, I do not see the point of revisiting.Lest the food, it's really difficult to eat the food in a basket because it is so difficult to cut the fish, due to the curves, especially when the fish is so soft that it keep dropping back into the basket. The food... I find that there is much better fish and chips in coffee-shop instead.
