The outlet is part of a chain, offering reasonable priced Vietnamese food. The outlet at IMM is located at a far end, decorated with wooden decoration and dim lightnings. As the restaurant is halal certified, the usual pork dishes are replaced with chicken.I decided to have dinner here as it was not crowded, compared other eateries during peak dinner period. I decided to have dinner here as it was not crowded, compared other eateries during peak dinner period. I was swiftly showed to a table at one end. Beware that the tables were quite near to each other. Order was taken with the ipad on the table. Do remember to check your order before confirming in the ipad. I decided on the set menu for 1 person which cost $21++. It consisted of an appetizer, a choice of main course and a choice of drink.

Appetizer : Executive Platter
It included a mixture of Fried Spring Rolls, Deep Fried Shrimps and Mango Salad
It was served with a tangy sweet sauce. The mango salad was quite refreshing and tangy/ The deep fried shrimp was quite ran of the mills. The spring roll was better with slighlty different different fillings from the usual types.

Main Course : Grilled Chicken Chop with Rice (Com Ga Bi Cha Trung) (Usual Price : $12.90++)
Grilled chicken marinated with lemongrass served with fried egg, Vietnamese steam egg with minced chicken, served with seasonal salad and rice
The grilled chicken was tender, although overall the dish was a tab too dry. It would be better had being served with soup. The salad was a tangy mixture of pickled vegetables. The dish was served with a tangy sweet sauce.

Drink : Three Colour (Che Ba Mau) (Usual Price $5.90++)
Vietnamese "chendol" with yellow beans, red beans and jelly, served with crushed ice.
There was no yellow beans in the glass, when served. Instead of red beans, kidney beans was used here. It was more like the local ice kacang to me. It tasted a tab too sweet to me.

Overall the food was average and lacking of the traditional Vietnamese taste. Service was swift.
