I came to dine in at Timbre to catch up with my friends, it was my first time there. I like the ambience of the restaurant, there are like christmas lights at the roof, so nice old cosy music. I and my friends ordered fries for starters, however, it took around half an hour for it to be served! How long does it take to fry fries??? the crowd at timbre was so scary! there were so many people. luckily my friends went earlier and saved us some seats. as we already had dinner, we ordered some sides to go alone with our drinks. i ordered the onion rings. i love the onion rings here. it is fried till crispy and golden brown. dip with tar tar sauce. it is indeed delicious. i really enjoy the snacks there! the music and atmosphere there is great too!

My friends and I simply love timbre! It's like one of the best chill out places to enjoy good food, god company and even goo MUSIC! Love their bands, they may not be super duper ultra good, but the entire setting and ambience coupled with their beautifully played music just make your dinner so much more colourful. Absolutely love the roast duck pizza! It's like a MUST-HAVE whenever we go timbre! Whoooo! I cant wait to go timbre soon!

I really enjoy weekends and last Friday saw me over at Timbre @ Substation. Based on ambience and setting, this isn't my most preferred outlet but since my friends chose this place, I followed.I had my dinner here followed by drinks. Instead of Timbre's favorite pizzas, I ordered fish and chips since I wanted a new taste. Though being breaded fish and chips, it still turned out amazingly good! I suppose the highlight of the dish was also the Louisiana French fries, I loved the seasoning sprinkle

The famous pizza of all the times at Timbre is the Thin Crust Pizza - Roasted Duck Pizza which costs $19. The combination of roasted duck breast, sautéed shiitake mushroom with Hoisin sauce, topped with crispy popiah skin & mozzarella cheese is just wonderful. Pizzas are served till late and it goes well with an iced cold beer. Live band and ambience at The Substation is a great place for great music and to chill.

Timbre @ Substation is the only outlet among the three that opens on Sundays. I was here with my friends on a Sunday and I remember that the following Monday was a public holiday, labor day.There was a live band and just the same, the music was once again a great boost factor. My friends and I ordered beer. I had the Erdinger ($15++) and Louisiana Fries ($7++). The Erdinger draft beer was good just like anywhere else. The Louisiana Fries topped with cajun spices was a lovely finger food snack.

Looking for a place to chill out with good music? This is it!Pizza is a must eat at this place. Recommended: the roasted duck pizza, you would be hooked! Do note that u have the choice of ordering 2 flavours in 1 pizzaTheir timbre platter that comes with 6 tapas item from the menu is good for sharing as well!As for desserts, nothing much to rave about though.
