Tiong Bahru Hokkien Prawn Mee (已結業)

Great disappointment because of the little ingredients. They gave me a huge portion of noodles. Costing $3, the noodles were cold and not appetizing. There were a lot of empty seats in the hawker center, managed to sit under a fan, but very happy that the place was very clean. there was no queue, but i'm really disappointed with the prawns and pork. I felt that the soup base should be more thick.

There are so many good food in this food center and instead of having my usual ones, I thought I will try this stall today. I ordered a noodle soup and the lady asked whether I want any pork skin as additional and claimed that theirs were crunchy, and I thought why not for collagen sake! The noodle was $2.50 and extra 50 cents for the pork skin for 3 pieces. The soup base was tasty yet not prawnly enough and the pork skin was okay. Overall can do and nothing fantastic.
