Croissant Royale, vegetables were too salty, salmon wasn't very fresh but the croissant was pretty good. Crispy and fragrant. Overall if you put them together they are just passable. Nothing fantastic. Poached eggs wasn't done well, so for that, I guess I didn't really enjoyed this dish. Spam Fries was probably the best dish. Sin Lee Fried Chicken Waffle, supposedly their signature dish which I find overly priced. Yes, the chicken is good but the waffle was bad. Oh, just so you know, the chicken tasted like prawn paste chicken.
