This hokkien mee was very special as thick noodles which seems to be like Japanese Udon was used and it was being fried in black soy sauce which I had eaten in another place before which I kind of like the taste of it. But for this dish, I am not sure if the was because there are too many people queuing for it where they are rushing for time, the quality was not good at all. Firstly, the Noodle was not nicely cooked as there are still some parts which I felt is uncooked (Hard). Secondly, the soy sauce was not really marinated with the Hokkien Mee, it was more like it was being covered with lots of black soy sauce as I can still taste strong soy sauce. Lastly, it is very oily though not sure if it was due to black soy sauce or they added too much oil to it. I would not recommend to eat at this stall though I am not sure why there are so many people queuing for it.
