Ajisen Ramen (已結業)

I'm a fan of ramen, no matter how many times I tried Ajisen Ramen, I won't find it authentic. I had their seafood ramen which contained sotong, crab meat, egg, bean sprouts. The soup base has a slightly milky texture. I find the soup base was just average, a bit tasteless. Noodles had a normal texture, it might not be nice but still there's a long queue, sometimes hard to find a seat during weekends here.
