One interesting thing about this restaurant was that the staffs and the chef was shouting in japanese a few times during my meal. They shouted the moment we stepped in which i supposed its a greeting. After a few mins, the chef shouted in japanese and the staff responded by shouting too and brought us the food ( so i presume is they were indicating to serve the food) . Pork Cha shu Ramen - The soup based was cooked with garlic oil. It was quite thick but not too overwhelming. The noodles were also quite chewy. Negri Ramen - Same soup base but it was filled with a huge brunch of fresh spring onion which i supposed that was imported from Japanese. The spring onion provides an additional sweet taste to the soup. Mentai Tamago - Pan fried egg filled with spicy fish roes. It was very creamy and really tasted eggy.
