Ayam Penyet (Smashed Fried Chicken) 0 love the deep-fried beancurd , soybean cake , cabbage and balacan-chilli which goes with it. . balacan-chilli is really spicy, it came as a shock as I had mouthful of rice with half a spoon of chilli. Be careful as it can get overpowering if you are unaware and eat too much chilli.
