I have always loved eating ice kachang since my young days. My boyfriend who was not an even an ice kachang person (or dessert person for that matter) found this ice kachang to be really delicious! The ice was thinly shaved and melts in your mouth instantly. A great and affordable dessert when the weather's a torture!
