Teochew Braised Duck. Kway Chap (已結業)

The braised duck meat here is really juicy and not too tough, which unlike most of the braised duck stalls which they have quite tough meat. The meat is not too oily and really goes well with the dark soya sauce yam rice. The rice is quite fragrant and the grains are separated nicely. Like their dry sambal chilli sauce which is quite spicy and also very tasty too. The price is quite reasonable and usually you will expect to see quite long queues during lunch hours.
