Almost forgotten that my classmates and I visited Nihon Mura as our celebration finishing the examination.Went to Nihon Mura for the buffet which cost me about S$20 included tax and service charge. The sushi are really ordinary but something that impressed me was that everybody got a choice of main meal which are quite exquisite. I myself ordered the foie gras.
The goose liver 'foie gras' is really perfectly cooked. The outer layer is a crunchy and inner layer is juicy. The sauce is sweet and salty and match well with foie gras. They serve a very generous portion although for my I thought it is quite small so I called up my friend and gave me his right of selection (kinda bad huh) but I helped him to order red wine since he was underaged by a few months. ==
Overall, it is a good deal of money. Please do not eat anything in the afternoon to enjoy the buffet to the fullest
