The outlet sells a variety of delicate looking Japanese style French pastries, which uses mainly fresh fruits, are lighter in flavour then conventional French pastries. The Blue Donut ($7.20)Mystical coloured Butterfly Pea mousse infused with honey, honey layered with vanilla mousse and signature sponge. Expecting the yoghurt to be sourish, but turns out quite smooth and light in taste. The Butterfly Pea mousse has a kind of fruity texture and taste. Napoleon ナポレオン ($7.20)
Traditional Napoleon, made with Chef's signature puff pastry, the strawberry version.
The Napoleon seems to have changed over the years. I remember the Napoleon used to have the puff pastry top and bottom, not the current side by side. But then it is easier to handle the cake in this way. Tastes quite light except for the sourish strawberries.
Overall I quite like the cakes as they are not too sweet and taste quite good.
